  • What type of signs do you make?
    All kinds, but we specialize in interior signs.
     
  • Are you corporate approved?
    We are corporate approved for many national accounts; please check with one of our helpful customer service representatives.
     
  • What print colors are available?
    We can match any color. Send us a sample or a pms # and for a nominal charge we will match it.
     
  • What kind of materials do you work with?
    Plastic, Metal, Wood, & Stone
     
  • Can you send out samples, brochures and catalogs?
    Yes. Please let us know what you would like to send. Many of the brochures and catalogs are available for downloading.
     
  • Do you give a guarantee on your products?

    Net 30 on approvals, Credit Card or C.O.D.

 ABOUT ORDERING
  • How do I find my branded products?
    Complete the registration form and we will give you a password.
     
  • Is there a minimum order?
    No, but any order under $30.00 will charged an extra $25.00 low order fee. With any order under $100.00 we only take credit cards.
     
  • How do I order?
    Call your customer service representative, send a fax, or email.
     
  • Can I place my order online?
    Yes
     
  • Can I track my order online?
    Not at this time. Please call your customer service representative.
     
  • Will I be charged sales tax?
    Generally, for merchandise shipped outside the state of California there is no sales tax.

 SHIPPING
  • What are your various shipping methods?
    Orders placed online will be shipped within the 48 continental states, UPS ground only for a flat rate. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally there will be additional charges. For Any other type of non-automated order we can accommodate most any type of shipping method.
     
  • Can you ship to multiple destinations?
    Yes
     
  • Can you ship to an international address?
    Yes
     
  • Will you ship today?
    Yes. On in stock items, if the order is placed before 12:00 PST.

 CUSTOM ITEMS
  • How do I customize a stock item?
    (I’ve seen one of your signs at another hotel and I would like some but with a few changes).
    Sketch your idea and we will make you a prototype and/or a proof.
     
  • If we change a word or add something to a sign is that considered a custom sign?
    Yes
     
  • Can we use any size when customizing and easel? Does it matter how much copy we put on the easel?
    Yes, you can use any size for custom easels. We will put as much copy onto an easel that we can manage (altering size small if we can), if there is still too much copy the size may need to be adjusted.
     
  • How long is production time on a custom item?
    The production time is 6 business days to 21 business days depending on the item.
     
  • Can we add our logo?
    Yes. Please email or mail your artwork when placing the order.
     
  • What type of artwork should I send?
    Line art eps files are preferred. We can use jpeg files that are high dpi. Jpeg files placed in works files are not acceptable.

  • Can I order acrylic holders in a specific size?
    Yes, we can customize holders.
     
  • Can my logo be printed on the holders?
    Yes
     
  • How can I order Telephone Plates?
    Mail your current phone plate and we will match the size and shape (we have over 200 different die styles). Once the order is placed, we will make a proof within 5 days and will fax it to you for approval.
     
  • Can I order custom extrusions?
    Yes
     
  • What is the difference between “Framestrips” and regular extrusions?
