Order Size
We accept orders of any quantity. However, orders less than
$100 must be placed on a credit card.
Shipping
Items in stock are shipped same day if orders are placed
before 12:00 noon (Pacific time).
All orders are shipped F.O.B. our facilities and freight
charges are added to your invoice.
Most orders are shipped via UPS ground service and larger
shipments are sent via common carrier of our choice. You
may, of course, specify your own freight carrier or method
of shipment at the time your order is placed.
Shipping dates are approximate only, and are based upon the
prompt receipt of all necessary information. We are not
liable for delivery delays or losses in transit.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are net 30 days, subject to credit approval.
To establish a credit account, please fill out the following
credit application and return it by fax or mail. Please
allow 2 to 3 days for account set-up.
We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
All sales are subject to California sales tax.
Any delinquent amount will be charged interest at the rate
of 1.5% per month (or the highest rate allowed by law).
If you fail to pay any amount when due, you will be
responsible for our costs of collection or attempted
collection, including any attorneys’ fees and court costs.
By placing an order with us, you agree that any disputes
regarding your order, our products, or any of our terms and
conditions of sale, will be decided only by the state or
federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.

We guarantee all of our work to your satisfaction. If
you are not completely satisfied with our products, we will
gladly give you a full refund, exchange, replacement or
credit if you return the product to us within 15 days of
receipt. Just call us for a return authorization. Please
note that we will not honor unauthorized returns.
Self-Adhesive Mounted
Products
Our self-adhesive mounting system is designed for most
surfaces. However, it is your responsibility to test the
surface for suitability and to mount the product. If you do
not have a satisfactory mounting surface, we can provide
brass screws for permanent mounting.
Stock Products
We have a wide range of generic and branded products on the
shelf, which are ready to ship the same day your order is
received.
Semi-Custom Products
We can easily modify our stock products to fit every
property’s needs. By taking advantage of our stock
materials, blanks, tooling, dies, art and print colors, your
savings can be measured in both time and money.
Custom Products
We can design and produce any signage or custom item
according to your specifications. Foreign language
translation service is also available.
Replacements
Ordering a replacement sign, even three years later, is
not a problem. Some of the materials we stock are custom
styrene colors, clear acrylic, jade acrylic, brass, chrome,
aluminum, bronze, brushed gold and silver mylar.
Artwork
We have a full-service Art Department that will provide
proofs before completing any job so you will be able to see
exactly the finished product you will be receiving.
Prototypes
We have a full-time Prototype Department that can
provide you with a full-size three-dimensional prototype.
Our prototypes will help you to better visualize the final
product before you buy it.
Free Samples
We provide free samples of most products contained in this
catalog. You are responsible only for express freight or
other delivery expenses. We reserve the right to limit
sample quantities.
Accuracy of Web Site
Information
Spindle Company has worked very hard to assure that the
information in our web site is correct. The products,
pricing, specifications, availability and other information
on our web site is complete and accurate, to the best of our
knowledge. However, we are not responsible for any printing
errors and we reserve the right to change any web site
information at any time.
Our Product Warranty
We warrant that all of our products will be manufactured to
your specifications, in a workmanlike manner, free from all
defects. If any of our products are defective, we will
replace it free of charge, or give you a full refund or
credit if you return the product to us within 15 days of
receipt. After 15 days, we will replace or rework the
product, but you will be responsible for any cost or
expense. Except for this written guarantee, we do not make
any other written guaranties or warranties, and there are no
implied guaranties or warranties. Finally, we are not
responsible for any personal injury, property damage or any
other type of loss, whether the loss is direct or
consequential, relating in any way to any of our products.
This includes any loss of business, lost revenues, punitive
or other extraordinary damages.
Customer Responsibilities
We manufacture our products to our customer’s
specifications. However, it is your responsibility to
determine if the product is suitable for your intended use
and purpose. It is also your responsibility to determine if
any signage ordered from us meets applicable federal, state
or local laws, regulations or ordinances. As the customer,
you are responsible for any personal injury, property damage
or any other type of loss, whether the loss is direct or
consequential, relating in any way to any of our products.
Fire Evacuation and Emergency Safety Signage
As the customer, you are responsible for all fire evacuation
and emergency safety signage and other notices. This
includes its contents, floor plans (e.g., locations of
alarms, exits, extinguishers, pull stations and other
information), accuracy, readability, visibility, proper
posting, foreign language translations, and suitability for
both sighted and visually-impaired persons.
